曾俞衡 研究员

博士生导师,于2005年浙江大学材料科学与工程学系获学士学位,2010年浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室获博士学位,毕业后在中科院宁波材料所从事博士后研究,2015年获中科院公派留学项目资助赴澳大利亚国立大学交流访问,2019年12月晋升项目研究员,2022年起担任中国能源学会新能源专家组委员。曾先后入选 “中科院青年创新促进会”、“甬江育才工程领军拔尖人才第二层次”等人才项目。
曾俞衡研究员长期从事晶体硅材料、硅薄膜材料、硅基太阳电池等相关研究,开发出认证效率>25%的新型高效隧穿氧化硅钝化接触(TOPCon)概念验证电池;截至2022年7月,累计在Energy Environ. Sci.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Sol. Energy Mater. & Sol. Cells、Sol. RRL、Sol. Energy、Cell Reports Phys. Sci.等能源/光伏主流期刊上发表SCI论文90余篇,其中一作/通讯作者50余篇;申请国家专利70余项,已授权30余项;曾获2011年度浙江省科学技术奖一等奖(排名7);已主持国家自然科学面上基金(2项)、青年基金、国家重点研发计划二级子课题、浙江省自然科学面上基金、辽宁省首批揭榜挂帅科技攻关项目子课题、宁波市科技创新2025项目子课题、宁波市自然科学基金、中国博士后基金面上资助和特别资助;与业内各光伏企业建有广泛联系,参与企业技术委托开发3项,实现技术转移转化1项;与团队成员及合作公司一起开发出具有自主知识产权的量产型管式PECVD装备及其全套技术,进入多家头部光伏公司中试验证,受到行业广泛关注。

高效钝化接触晶硅太阳电池、钙钛矿/晶硅双结电池(晶硅底电池、复合结设计)。
